Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using FrameFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of frame-flow.net.

2. The service

FrameFlow is a business management tool for freelance YouTube thumbnail designers. It provides client management, project tracking, revision logging, and invoicing features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FrameFlow
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Subscription and billing

• FrameFlow offers a 5-day free trial. No credit card is required to start
• After the trial, a subscription of £13/month is required to continue using the service
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from within the app
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FrameFlow for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages to your clients

6. Your data

You own the data you enter into FrameFlow (client information, invoice records, project data). We do not claim any ownership over it. You are responsible for ensuring the data you enter about your clients complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of liability

FrameFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of invoices you create or for any tax or legal obligations arising from your freelance business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@frame-flow.net. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email of significant changes. Continuing to use FrameFlow after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
