Who we are

FrameFlow is a business management tool for freelance YouTube thumbnail designers. FrameFlow is operated as a sole trader service. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@frame-flow.net.

What data we collect

  • Your name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Business name and payment details you optionally add to your profile
  • Client names, emails, and project information you enter into the app
  • Invoice data including amounts, dates, and payment status
  • Payment and subscription data processed via Stripe (we do not store card details)

How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the FrameFlow service
  • To send invoice emails on your behalf to your clients
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To send you transactional emails (invoice confirmations, payment receipts, password resets)
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use your data for advertising

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate FrameFlow:

  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (data stored in US-East)
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our database within 30 days. Invoice records you have sent to clients may need to be retained for legal/tax purposes — please export any records you need before deleting your account.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Data portability

Cookies

FrameFlow uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of any significant changes.
